Search The Probate Records Index

This is an index to the orginal paper probate records for Olmsted County located at the Olmsted County Historical Society. 
Files vary greatly, but most contain date and place of death, list of heirs, copy of will (if one was written), inventory of personal property,
and final disposition of the estate.  There is a lot of duplication, but most files will contain about 10 to 20 pages of
genealogical and personal information.
